REGISTRATION

The first round of registrations is limited to 100 places on a fisrt-come first-served basis. The second round (if places available) will open in May 2020.

Places will be allocated in the order that applications are received. Only settled registrations will be confirmed.

*Copy of the student card with valid date and signed letter from department Chair at University to be provided upon registration.

The above mentioned fees include French VAT (20%)

THE REGISTRATION FEE FOR THE CONFERENCE INCLUDES

  • Participation in all the scientific sessions on 29 & 30 October
  • Access to the Poster Area
  • Refreshments served during coffee breaks and lunches
  • Certificate of attendance (to be downloaded after the Conference)

CANCELLATION POLICY

Notification of cancellation of registration must be sent in writing to Publi Créations (info@ioc-preventionconference.org or to fax number +377 97 97 35 50) and will be subject to the following conditions:

  • Cancellation received before 15 June 2020 : the payment will be refunded after the Conference, less 30% of the amount paid
  • Cancellation received after 15 June 2020 : NO refund will be provided.

CONFIRMATION OF REGISTRATION

Upon receipt of the relevant payment, all participants will receive an invoice that will serve as registration confirmation.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Notification of cancellation of individual hotel reservations must be sent in writing to Publi Créations (info@ioc-preventionconference.org or to fax number +377 97 97 35 50), please kindly note that the hotel rates are expressly negotiated for the Conference participants and are subject to specific conditions :

  • Cancellations made before 15 June 2020 : the payment will be refunded after the Conference and after deduction of an administrative fee of € 60.
  • Cancellations made after 15 June 2020 : no refund will be provided.

HOTEL BOOKING DEADLINE

15 June 2020 : After this date, reservations are not guaranteed.

BOOKING CONFIRMATION

Upon receipt of the relevant payment, all participants will receive an invoice that will serve as booking confirmation.
